Torque Parts Limited Lifetime Warranty

This Limited Lifetime Warranty is limited to defects in materials and workmanship of the product as supplied by the manufacturer within the Contiguous United States. Torque Air springs sold outside the USA are not covered by this warranty.

What Does This Limited Lifetime Warranty Cover? The satisfaction of our customers is our top priority. The Limited Lifetime Warranty applies only to our convoluted and rolling lobe air springs that fail due to a defect in materials or workmanship as long as the product is used in accordance with the purposes it was designed for on the correct application. This Limited Lifetime Warranty is subject to the terms, conditions, and exclusions provided below. Our Limited Lifetime Warranty is valid only if you are the original purchaser of the Product and have filled out and sent in the necessary documentation that is needed. The Limited Lifetime Warranty may not be transferred and is valid for one time free replacement.

How Long Does The Coverage Last? The Limited Lifetime Warranty begins when you purchase our described air springs above at an authorized Torque Parts Distributor and lasts for the length of time that is considered lifetime of an air spring which is 10 years for the rolling lobe and convoluted air springs. Coverage terminates, including any and all implied warranties such as the implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, at the end of the applicable warranty period or earlier if you sell or otherwise transfer ownership of your vehicle using the Product. If a Product is replaced under this warranty (“Defective Product”), a replacement Product will be covered for ninety (90) days from the date of exchange. This warranty for installed vehicle parts shall terminate immediately if you sell or otherwise transfer ownership of your vehicle that had the Defective Product, or if you install or use the replacement Product on another vehicle.

How Will Torque Parts Handle this Warranty? If the failure has happened within 3 years of you having purchased the air spring from one of our distributors, you must take the air spring back to the same distributor and Torque Parts will handle the issue with our distributor. If the warranty happens after 3 years of you having purchased the air spring, as Torque Parts at our option, we will upon receiving and inspecting the defective item from the customer, either replace any defective or malfunctioning Product at no charge or provide a refund instead of replacing such Product. If the Product is replaced under this warranty, we will warranty the replacement product for ninety (90) days subject to the terms, conditions, and exclusions contained in this policy.

What Does This Limited Warranty Not Cover? THIS LIMITED WARRANTY DOES NOT EXTEND TO ANY PRODUCT THAT FAILS DUE TO (i) ACCIDENT OR COLLISION; (ii) IMPROPER USE, INSTALLATION, MAINTENANCE OR SERVICE; (iii) COMBINATION OF THE PRODUCT WITH OTHER THIRD-PARTY PRODUCT(S) WHICH FAIL; (iv) ABUSE, MISUSE, MODIFICATION, OR NEGLECT; (v) FAILURE TO FOLLOW DIRECTIONS; (vi) AN ACT OF GOD (SUCH AS A FLOOD AND OTHER NATIONAL DISASTERS), EXPOSURE TO CHEMICALS, SALT, HAIL OR OTHER ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS; (vii) INSTALLATION OR USE ON VEHICLES USED FOR POWERSPORTS, OFF-ROAD, OR RACING PURPOSES; (viii) INSTALLATION OR USE ON VEHICLES USED FOR MARINE PURPOSES.

THIS LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER LABOR, TOWING, OR RENTAL CHARGES.

THIS LIMITED WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, INDIRECT, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES. TORQUE PARTS MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS OF ANY KIND WHATSOEVER, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AND ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE HEREBY DISCLAIMED.

How Do You Get Service? In order to be eligible for service under this Limited Lifetime Warranty, you MUST first register your product from our website, in case of a warranty claim return the Product along with the original sales receipt to the Torque Parts Distributor you originally bought the product from if the failure has happened within 3 years of your purchase date, and at our option, we will either replace the Product or provide a refund to that distributor. If the issue has happened after 3 years you will need to contact Torque Parts directly and upon getting authorization for a return, you can then send you defective item to us for warranty evaluation with the same original sale receipt which you had submitted to Torque Parts in the first place and if the defect falls within our warranty guidelines, we will either replace the Product or provide a refund to you.
